Who we are

Fabulook (Kelly Marie) is the data controller for personal information collected in connection with our services. We are based at Unit 2, Whitehall Farm, Arrington, Cambridgeshire, SG8 0AG. You can contact us on 07972 761987 or by emailing the relevant studio.

This website

This website is informational. It does not have accounts or analytics. It has an enquiry form and a newsletter sign-up, explained below. Our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability; these are not used to identify or profile you.

Booking and payments

When you book a wellness session, treatment, beauty appointment, fitness class or academy course you are taken to one of our booking partners. They collect the details needed to take your booking and payment (such as your name, contact details and payment information) and process them under their own privacy policies. Card details are handled by the booking partner and its payment provider and are never seen or stored by Fabulook.

We receive your booking details from the partner so that we can provide the service you booked. We use them to manage your appointment, contact you about it if needed and keep business records. Our lawful basis is the performance of a contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the business.
